Banned any IP starting with (179 or 141) from Egypt

Dear Sirs,,,, this is (semsem Egypt) this my name on battle, many many times i can't enter the game because of my IP, i don't know what is the problem, every time i got (banned IP) any IP starting with (197, or 141) is banned. please advice or till me what is the problem. Thanks

We have a lot of problem players from Egypt. I said this once and ill say it again. I suggest you use a static IP.
