Game is so toxic? PlayCooler cursed my mother 3 times

Hello, I don't know if this is the right section for posting a complain but I want to complain about a player called in game PlayCooler. He is so toxic and literally keep spamming the chat. I told him to calm down and it is just a game and not a fight. He kept continuing and then he cursed my mother three times. I come to play after a hard day of work and have fun not be be cursed by my mother from a kid. I am seriously thinking of discontinuing playing on MLS servers as it became increasingly toxic and sometimes mean. I know the moderators have other jobs to do more than monitoring the server but please take action against him. It isn't the first time this behavior happens from this specific player. Thank you

I am not a streamer so I don't record unfortunately but you can ask other players who were playing with us for a proof. I think MLS ranger tech was playing and saw him. I even warned cooler that I will report him and he laughed and told me you can report me as many as you want and kept spamming the chat.

playcooler is a well knowed spammer i warned him many times to stop and everytime he answers by spamming again , even kicked him for abusing it, he cameback doing it again

Thanks MLS Tibud, but If he spam too much and was warned multiple times why there was no action taken against him? Because it is clear that he doesn't really respect other members and the moderators and it sends a message that abusive and toxic behavior is acceptable on the server. Thanks

Danger,
You're pretty good at this game. You should let your actions speak for themselves. He was complaining about you bashing him, (and somehow that's his pings fault) so I recommend you bash him again, and again. It's obvious you're better than him in game (you referenced the MLS stats), so let him cry and cry.
I'm not sure how long you've been playing online video games, but it's very easy for someone to be toxic, especially with the power of anonymity (the keyboard warrior). Unfortunately, it does go with the territory and it's better to not feed into it if you can help it. I've had people get under my skin as well, but I find it more satisfying to get back at them in game. If possible, be the better person. I really try to as well. Toxic and abusive behavior is not acceptable. In future, you can contact us on discord and send us a message and see if there's an admin on that can handle the situation.
