FPS goes below 20

Any ideas on what could be causing this problem ?
Video card failure or your graphic settings are too high for your video card to handle?
Did you download any new textures or skin packs?
I used the command to increase FPS, so My FPS is almost always at 200
I use a Nvidia GTX 1080
