connection timed out

For some reason i cant join the server tonight. It keep telling me connection timed out. I tried the other servers and i can connect to 44 and 45 but when i try the 46 server it times out. One time is said after it timed out kicked for high ping but my ping in your server is only in the 30s. i dont get what going on. any server issues this evening?
