unable to join banned

I visited the server for the first time and it says I am banned. I've played on the BUR server for years, Dogz, and AoW before that. I'm fairly sure I've never visited your server so I'm not sure what's up. Do I need to supply a IP and get whitelisted?

Did you recently load the game? If so you must update the game to 1.11, you can get the download from here.
