Banned without joining server

I I've been playing on this server for too long.
My name is Marvin Iraqi and today I tried to connect to the server but I wasn't able. It's showing that I got banned IP. It's really sad, especially since I really enjoy my time playing with you guys. Would you please help me to unbanned it. Thank you in advance
