I just checked and the IP you provided is not in the banlist. Checking further the IP you provided isn't currently your IP. 124.150.139.180 was your IP when creating this thread. I went in and checked the banlist and found a range ban effecting your IP. Upon further checking I notice that IP is from a VPN which is why it was banned.
