Recently, I moved to another ISP, but unfortunately I can't play , Every IP "blocked"
I don't know the reason & can't change my ISP Again, because I've to wait 1 year
To move a new ISP, SO I need Your Help

I just went through the entire list of banned IP's your IP is not in there.
"Does not work" is an error report for a bug between keyboard and chair.
