MAJOR LEAGUE STONERS

Hello, does anyone know if there’s a way to spectate a specific player with a command so I could easily spectate one person? I remember back in 2003 having in game tools for all of this, but those tools were admin only.
Something for example like “.spectate player X”

This video proves his aimbot, but he also uses walls which you can see if you spectate him for a while.

So he was banned a few minutes after i stopped recording.

On the regular server, The Bridge map is setup as objective. Even if everyone dies or if the objective is complete, people can not respawn.
It is unplayable and Its causing people to leave.
