I feel like this all is banter and is part of the game. The game has voice commands to increase banter.
I dont believe anyone is insulting, harassing or disrespecting each other. If you insist i'm wrong we can pull the chat logs and see. If you can give a date and time, that would be helpful.

I tried unbanning that IP but it was not found on the ban list. Can you try connecting again and also check your IP and confirm its correct.
