I am in New Zealand and with the server upgrade my ping has gone from 150 to 380 making it pretty much unplayable.

Who sent you a p.m. saying you were banned nasty? If you try and join the server and get a message "Server connection rejected. Banned IP" then your ip has been banned. If not, you should be good. I don't think anyone has banned you.

You were banned for going to spectate to avoid being killed or to replenish you health when you got low. I have warned and kicked you in the past many times for this. I will lift the ban today. Make sure to follow the rules.
